Sydney & Paris Nord Lux Sàrl is a privately owned investment company specialising in commercial property investments in Europe. The company manages the European portfolio of the Sydney & London Properties group, which was at the forefront of the movement of British investors into mainland Europe with its first acquisition in France in 1997. During the past decade, the Group has bought and sold a number of European investment properties, specialising in commercial premises and office buildings.

Based in Luxembourg, Sydney & Paris Nord Lux manages the group’s existing European investments and spearheads the search for new opportunities in a range of property sectors. The strategy of the company is to build a high quality investment property portfolio by acquiring quality income streams linked to strong covenants and high quality modern property. We have an infrastructure in place to facilitate efficient investment throughout Europe and the Middle East.
