Simon Childs
Simon Childs FCCA has overall responsibility for Group finance and was appointed as Finance Director in 1996. He has been involved in commercial property for over 25 years, previously working with Olympic & York Developments Limited during the development of Canary Wharf and prior to that with Slough Estates Plc.
Hervé de Carmoy
Hervé de Carmoy has been a Group director since 1992. His career encompasses several directorships in International Banking and Private Equity, including former Chief Executive at Midland Bank UK, Chairman of Thomas Cook, Chairman and Chief Executive of BIMP, a French bank specialised in Real Estate, and Managing Director of Rhone group, a US Private Equity firm. Herve de Carmoy is currently Chairman of Almatis, a world leader in the alumina industry.
Serge Krancenblum
Serge Krancenblum is a former partner of Andersen, currently CEO of SGG S.A., a subsidiary of Bank Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., and Board Member of Sydney & Paris Nord Lux S.à r.l.
