Current Portfolio

Currently we have in the region of £200 million of property under management. We continue to build a quality long term investment property portfolio, comprising modern properties let on long leases to quality covenants. We have concentrated on a range of properties to create a portfolio for active management, together with single, well-let buildings of a larger size to meet both our own requirements and those of our joint venture partners. This year, we intend to devote time to the rejuvenation of Euston Station, which has been selected as the London terminus of the government's proposed High Speed rail network.
