Richard Anning FRICS
Chief Executive

Former Member of the General Council of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Richard Anning has been active in the property industry for over 37 years. Appointed as Property Director in 1988 and subsequently Chief Executive in 1996, he has been responsible for leading the company’s property programme in the UK, Europe and Middle East, ensuring a consistency of management approach. Richard Anning is a Member of the Management Board of the Regeneration Investment Fund for Wales and a former Governor of the University of Wales Institute Cardiff.

Simon Childs FCCA
Finance Director

Simon Childs FCCA was appointed as Finance Director in 1996. He has been involved in commercial property for over 25 years, previously working with Olympic & York Developments Limited during the development of Canary Wharf and prior to that with Slough Estates Plc. Simon Childs is responsible for all aspects of Group finance.

Katharine Collyer
Company Secretary

Katharine Collyer has been with the Company since 2005. Prior to this, she was a Resource Manager for a well known business management consultancy in Paris. As Company Secretary of Sydney & London Properties, Katharine has day to day responsibility for all administrative matters within the Group.

Geraint Evans FRICS
Consultant

Geraint Evans has worked with the Company since 1998. Previously a Property Developer, he was actively involved in the master planning of much of the inner harbour at Cardiff Bay. He has a Masters Degree from Cambridge University in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment and has been awarded a British Council of Offices Building of the Year Award for the NCM Credit Insurance Building.
