Shortlisted for £5.3bn Euston contract
We are a founding partner of the Euston Regeneration Partnership with leading property developers Related Companies and Argent.
In 2017 our Partnership was shortlisted for the Master-Developer contract for long term regeneration development on land around Euston station connected to High Speed Two (HS2).
Euston Redevelopment
Our involvement at Euston began in 2005 through major property holdings – The ‘Euston Estate’. We represented the largest private owner of commercial real estate in the area.
In 2008, we produced the first Vision Masterplan for Euston (pre-HS2 plans).
In 2013, we partnered with Related Companies and Argent to enter a bid for the £5.3 billion development contract. Our Partnership reached the final shortlist of 3.
