The Future? Euston is the last major rail station in London with substantial redevelopment opportunities. 
Constituting the front façade of the station, The Euston Estate forms the main entrance to any future development of the station. By 2014 An estimated 94 million passengers a year will travel through Euston. This figure will be approaching the total annual footfall at Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
