In recent years, the demand for student accommodation has surged, driven by increasing enrolment rates. This trend has led to innovative solutions to accommodate students in urban areas where space is limited. This led us to repurpose the existing Travel Lodge structure into student accommodation.
Construction work commenced on the site in September 2022 and completed within 10 months in July 2023 to successfully allow for student occupation at the start of the university’s autumn term.
