I have been leading the property investment business of Sydney & London for over 25 years. During that time, we have seen property booms, crashes, significant new property legislation and changes in corporate governance.
Through every stage of the property cycle, we have maximised returns for our investors and joint venture partners. The company has invested in all the home counties of the UK, Republic of Ireland, France and the Middle East.
Our long-term investment portfolio comprises modern properties let on long leases to quality covenants to provide a secure income stream. We also hold smaller investments requiring active management, and have a successful track record in adding value to poorly performing assets through intensive management prior to disposal. Our hands on approach to asset management has been key to our continued success. We have developed both retail and distribution estates, refurbished office and retail schemes and gained expertise in the investment maximisation at major transport hubs.
We also provide Project Management services for private equity clients and partnerships. This year, we have in the region of £600 million of property under management. Our latest projects include a luxury residential development in Tel Aviv and the Euston Estate office investment fronting Euston Station.
Euston Station has been selected as the terminus for HS2, the UK’s first domestic high speed rail network. We expect the coming year to be busy for us as we participate more fully in the regeneration of the Euston area.
